Housing

     Meadowbrook Manor is a subsidized apartment complex designed for the elderly and disabled with very low income.  The complex contains one bedroom accessible apartments.  Rent is calculated at approximately 30% of monthly income.

     Apartments include utilities (heat, electric, and water), refrigerator, electric range, garbage disposal, air conditioning, draperies, and shades. Coin operated washers and dryers are located on the premises.  There is a master antenna system for the regular network television stations.

     Meadowbrook Manor is independent living.  Tenants can utilize the assistance of family or community resources to fulfill their daily living needs.

     All of the West Bend Housing Authority staff take pride in keeping a well maintained complex for the tenants and the community.
